Tribeca Belfast comprises 12 acres of the city centre and, when completed, will deliver 1.5 million sqft of residential, office, retail, hospitality and cultural space across three phases. Phase one is under construction with works commenced on the listed Garfield & North building, creating city centre living, and Sixty Three, a new modern 33,000 sqft office. Planning has also been achieved on a 130,000 sqft international HQ office.
