Tribeca Belfast is the largest regeneration project in Belfast and will create a new urban hub that blends Tribeca Belfast’s history with cutting edge, Belfast inspired design.

Tribeca Belfast comprises 12 acres of the city centre and will deliver around 140,000 sqm of residential, office, retail, hospitality and cultural space across 3 phases. Phase 1 is under construction with works commenced on the listed and derelict Garfield & North building, creating city centre living and Sixty Three, a new modern 3,066 sqm office. Planning has also been achieved on a 12,100 sqm international HQ office.
